Delta 9659-BL-DST Trinsic Pro Review: 2026’s Best

Delta 9659-BL-DST Trinsic Pro Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet in Matte Black is a professional-grade kitchen fixture designed to solve the common issue of spray wand drooping by offering MagnaTite magnetic docking. In this review, we break down its real-world performance, core capabilities, and limitations to see if it lives up to the hype. If you are struggling with frequent leaks and hardware degradation, this platform delivers a direct solution.

Key Features & Benefits ✨

• ⚡ DIAMOND Seal® Technology: Utilizes a diamond-coated valve that reduces leak points and lasts up to five million uses, doubling the lifespan of industry-standard faucets.
• 🎯 MagnaTite® Docking: An embedded magnet pulls the spray wand precisely into place, ensuring the faucet maintains a picture-perfect profile without the sagging typical of pull-down models.
• 🛡️ InnoFlex® PEX Waterways: Integrated PEX supply lines keep water isolated from potential metal contaminants and reduce the number of leak points during installation.
• ✨ Touch-Clean® Spray Holes: Soft rubber holes allow users to simply wipe away calcium and lime build-up with a finger, eliminating the need for harsh chemical descalers.

Pros & Cons ⚖️

✅ What We Like:

• Extreme durability with a finish tested for corrosion resistance at 2x the industry standard.
• High efficiency flow rate of 1.80 gpm at 60 psi for balanced water pressure and conservation.
• Versatile installation options fitting both single-hole and 3-hole (8-in) configurations.
• Third-party certified matte black finish that resists cracking, peeling, and blistering.

❌ What Could Be Better:

• Requires the separate purchase of deck plate RP64070 for 3-hole installations.
• Premium pricing reflects the Diamond Seal tech, which may be overkill for light-use households.

Final Verdict: Is Delta 9659-BL-DST Trinsic Pro Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet in Matte Black Worth It? 🎯
